A somewhat distinct, multi-parcel area totaling 729 acres. Access is off West Sutton Road, Hutchinson Road, Hudson Road and Eight Lots Road. U.S.G.S. Quad: Worcester South The long, narrow eastern parcel is composed of mixed conifers and hardwoods surrounding ponds and open marsh habitat. The westerm parcels and small out holdings are composed of upland mixed forest with some large areas of marsh and wooded swamp. Waterfowl, aquatic fur-bearers, deer, coyote, wading birds and numerous aquatic and semi-aquatic nongame species. This area is stocked with pheasant.
